1. Agreement to Terms
By using our equipment rental services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not use our services.

3. Services
We provide construction equipment rental services including excavators, dumpers, and rollers throughout the South Coast region including Hampshire, Dorset, and West Sussex.
4. Rental Terms
4.1 Equipment Condition
All equipment is inspected and maintained to high standards. Customers must report any issues immediately upon delivery.
4.2 Rental Period
Rental periods are calculated from the time of delivery to collection. Minimum hire periods may apply to certain equipment.
4.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due as agreed in the rental agreement. Late payment charges may apply for overdue accounts.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Operator Competency
Customers must ensure operators are competent and, where required, hold appropriate certifications (CPCS, NPORS, etc.).
5.2 Equipment Care
Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of hired equipment. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the customer.
5.3 Site Conditions
Customers must provide safe access for delivery and collection vehicles and ensure suitable ground conditions for equipment operation.
6. Health & Safety
All equipment complies with current health and safety regulations including LOLER and PUWER. Customers must conduct appropriate risk assessments and provide adequate site safety measures.
7. Insurance & Liability
7.1 Company Insurance
We maintain appropriate public liability insurance. However, customers are advised to ensure their own insurance covers hired equipment use.
7.2 Customer Liability
Customers are liable for any damage to equipment, third-party property, or injury resulting from improper use of hired equipment.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation charges may apply depending on timing and circumstances.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, transport strikes, or other force majeure events.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.
